Prima Donna Part 1 edition by Keisha Ervin Literature Fiction eBooks
Prima Donna in my opinion was not Keisha Ervin's best work. I felt as if the story was way too short and that more time was spent on Jamil than Koran. I can understand that she is trying to convey how caught up McKinley is on Jamil but I think that she should have devoted as much time on Koran as was spent on Jamil. Furthermore there were a few errors but I honestly could care less about that because I'm not perfect with grammar and everything myself. What I did have a problem with is some of the cliches and corny lines like "a tear fell from her eyes and landed on his heart." Even though I love Keisha's work, lines like that and cliches drive me crazy and not in a good way. The parts that I did like were when the McKinley told Jamil off and broke up with him. I thought that was smart but it was dumb the way she just went back to him. I also like some of the moments that McKinley and Koran share together. Finally, I hated the last story, even if it was a little preview. I will never read anything by Cat eyes again because of that little piece. Once again, love Keisha's work but I would have rather rented this from the library than buy it.Product details

Prima Donna Part 1 edition by Keisha Ervin Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
5 stars isn't enough.
This book is so good
i couldn't put it down.
I read it non stop in one day
MUST READ !!!!!
This book was just a sample it doesn't tell you that when you buy it. The book is deceiving but he short excerpt of what you read. Very disappointed.
I Love Prima Donna, and I can't really state how I feel because I don't want to spoil the book for anyone. I love all of Keisha Ervin's books she a phenomenal writer & I wish this book would of been put out by itself because Cat Eyez sneak peak book at the end was trash please omit it. I would of gave the book 5 stars but again Cat Eyez book at the end didn't do it for me it was very weak to say the least.
I'm a huge fan of Keisha and I question if she really wrote this horrendous novel. Actually novel isn't the right word. This is a short story being passed off as a novel. To increase page count, blank pages, double spaces between paragraphs and quotes taking up entire pages were used. The story line was weak and the character were even weaker. I wasted my time and money with this purchase.
The book was good, I just wish that McKinley was smarter in the decisions that she made with her man. She was so naive and blinded by what he was doing to her. The second story was boring and I had to make myself finish reading it just to finish it. The first story was the best and that is way I gave it 5 stars and I would like for this book to be a whole book instead of the other.
I highly enjoyed Prima Donna...I must agree with the other reviews that it is short, but still a great book. People questioned Koran's back story, so I would recommend reading Finding Forever (BE WARNED...IT'S A REAL TEAR JERKER) because that's where he originates from...I'm glad she allowed these two characters to meet, but I truly hope there's a second part (if they stay together & her possible relationship with little Harlow)...Cat Eyes was unnecessary (2 1/2 stars) thanks any way...Please purchase if your looking for a short sample of Keisha Ervin; she's one of the BEST...Thanks, Keisha Ervin.
This book was one to remember!!! The story had a great plot and well put together, the characters flowed well. It was an interesting great read. The money I paid for this story was well spent! It was a page turner as well as a must read!!! It had love, hate, romance, and enough HOT STEAMY SEX in it…Buy the book you will not be disappointed!!! Delightfully mature and un-put-down able with OMG! Great moments of suspenseful brilliantly developed in so few pages. Fantastic, skillful writing to be able to pull me in from page one, fully develop the H/h characters and other side characters with dramatics and theatrics, although never over the top, filled romance based plot. (Well that was a mouthful)
